If each successive Banite master is on average 5% more powerful than the previous, and there were roughly 30 Sith between Bane and Sidious, Palpatine ought to be roughly four times more powerful than Bane. I think this is a pretty generous assessment; the power creep needs to be big enough for the apprentice to consistently best the master. We also get this impression from comparing the power level of Plagueis and Sidious.
So Bane is probably four or more times weaker than Sidious, and roughly three times weaker than Vader.
Obi Wan could ragdoll him tbh.
Darth Krayt or higher.
EDIT: Although in regards to your calculations, you also need to account for the further growth the Sith experiences after beating their master e.g. Plagueis upon killing Tenebrous was not nearly as powerful as he was when TPM Palpatine killed him, and there is a notable disparity between TPM Palpatine and ROTJ Palpatine.
So its more like 7 or 8 times. 🙂

Doesn't work given that Darth Gravid spent her entire reign as master trying to un-f*ck what her master originally f*cked up, it took until the time of Tenebrous to regain all the Sith knowledge that had been sabotaged generations ago.The logic is faulty based on that.
It's been a fact that the Banite Sith succeeded their predecessors in power all the way to Sidious since 1999. All Force & Destiny did was reaffirm a simple truth.

By that logic the sith and jedi of bane's day must have been bugs compared to any other rule of two sith
And also by that logic darth tenebrous should be way more powerful that you say he is

To be fair, it's not always like the apprentices beats the master's prime in one v. one confrontation; Palpatine kills Plagueis in his sleep, Zannah basically gets lucky + a nexus, etc. Still, a 5% creep seems like a fairly conservative figure; the apprentice frequently does defeat the master in a fight and it ought be by a substantial enough margin for the line to progress continuously, and then the apprentice typically grows more powerful. 5% should encompass these requirements, and the stated fact that every apprentice was more powerful than the previous (presumably until Sidious).

Seeing as how most of them were bugs to Bane (lol), that's hardly difficult to believe. The PT Jedi were at their most powerful according to Lucas.

I think Tenebrous is >= Vader.
