Cap definitely. He's got 4, soon to be 5 movies full of strength feats that poop all on the few Creed had in X1 and Origins.

I'd say he was stronger based on First Avenger alone.

X1 Sabertooth broke over a full grown pine tree then swung it like a baseball bat fast enough to knock Wolverine several feet through the air.

I remember he launched Wolverine with a punch in the first movie as well as the tree feat being mentioned

In that same tree scene he picked up Wolverine and threw him through a grown aspen tree, breaking the tree. Tyler Mane Sabertooth seemed to be a real brick and not just an agile fighter.

I'd put X1 Sabes over Cap.

Technically the same character though not really.

Cap couldn't man-handle Wolverine like that, even if he did have their healing factor.

I remember X1 Sabes squeezing a guy to death with one hand in seconds by grabbing his back, probably rupturing internal organs with his grip

Cap threw a motorcycle, held a car and from the newest trailer he kicks a truck so hard that it hits a person and sends them flying. Going with Cap cuz of feats but Sabretooth should be stronger imo

He also tossed Ultron through a concrete pillar, and lifted that large metal beam/railing piece off Bucky, in TWS, despite having been stabbed and shot multiple times.

Cap successfully stops a helicopter from taking off using his bare hands. Fought Spiderman in the airport. Spiderman even braced and lifted what seemed like a 2 or 3 ton object from dropping. Cap even sent Spiderman flying with a spin kick.

Cap is definitely stronger.
