The Authority's a very cool team. Worth checking out their stuff, even though Wildstorm is defunct now. Warren Ellis is probably my favorite comic writer, period. The Authority - and Stormwatch before it in Wildstorm - was his chance to create a superhero team from scratch. He didn't disappoint.
