um, if she phased him, even part of him into the ground, what's he gonna do about it? she phases, goes underground, grabs him and....that would be that. does he have some feat to suggest he could hit her while phased? if not, he really has no chance at all in this fight....

As a matter of fact, he "did" manage to breach dimensions with his chi. The dimension being the living world, after being killed. Her phasing is like a dimensional shift, isn't it?

But I was thinking more chi projection. Try and reach her before she can phase. Going by the last series, he could throw chi balls, Street Fighter like.

Danny is a far faster and more skilled fighter, he wins eventually

Kitty phasing is instant. And she knows about Danny, so she'd be phased pretty much as soon as the fight started.

Okay? And she isn't touching him.

I never said she could hit him. I said he could hit her. Although if he does attempt to hit her, she can partially phase and hurt him in the process. Or do what she did to Emma and just threaten to phase him into something.

The starting distance is something like 500 m, right? Kitty can simply phase everything within, say, 1 km radius and once Danny falls into the ground, she can re-solidify it. Game over.

If being far faster then her is actually something that would help then people wouldn't of been giving her a win over Spider-Man.

How does IF do against Prince of Orphans, when he's intangible? That should be a good guide.

It's not like she's slow by any means anyway. She's been danger rooming most of her life, has a life time of Ogun experience still in her, and all mutants this side of No-Girl have enhanced reflexes and physicality anyway.

There should be a ton of ways to fudge up that kind of intangibility. Absolute zero freezing, or something like Sue Richards force field..

Nobody's saying she's slow.

Danny's just that fast. Gorgon level easily, who craps all over Wolverine/Elektra speed, both based on various feats and the fact he fought him on an even level like NO ONE has. (Except maybe Phobos).
