Vibranium vs Adamantium

1.Which is more: indestructible, stronger , and durable?

Adamantium.

Adamantium.

Vibranium has more varied uses. But yes, to your OP, adamantium takes it.

Fairly straightforward.
There can be no controversy here.

Don't be so sure

Isn't Vibe bout the only thing that can cut thru adman?

Adamantium is tougher

No. What you're talking about is Antarctic Vibranium which emits waves which breaks down and liquefies all metals including adamantium on the molecular level by simply being around it. imilar attacks on the moelcular level has wrecked adamantium. Otherwise neither metal can cut through the other. And Vibranium has been broken way more than adamantium

Captain America shield is vibranium-adamantium and Wolverine bones adamantium, right? Wolverine bones are actually tougher than Cap shield?

Yup.

...i stand corrected! 😛

And no, Wolvie's bones (claws) arent tougher than Cap's shield.

Whether the shield is proto adamantium or adamantium/vibranium mix this week, its always been the tougher.

Caps shield is vibranium, an iron/steel alloy and some third unknown accidental catslyst. That's why it cant be replicated. Originally it was proto-adamantium. The proto prefix indicating it was a prototype. But Marvel retconned that. True adamantium can be replicated but is supposedly extremely expensive....then u have beta adamantium which is what logan has ( adamantium molecularly bonded with bones..them secondary, uru...vibranium, carbonadium etc....the strongest alloy Iirc is adamantine. Basically adamantium thats been blessed by the gods.

So then Cap shield is touger than Logan bones.

No. If say (insert really strong guy) tried to rip Logan in half it wouldn't happen. Because as of yet his bones cant be broken whereas Caps shield has been broken several times albeit by skys and above. Vibranium isnt really that durable. Its mystical and absorbing properties are what makes it valuable. You can punch it all you like to no avail but u can rip/break it.

Interesting theory.
Though we've seen Logan ripped in half (Ultimates U) and have his hand cut off (AoA) those were instances of the skeletal support structures being compromised.
Pretty sure a Sky would be able to break bones as well as shield though. Thats last is just my theory.

Not any longer. Caps Shield may be tougher due to being fused with Uru and I suppose enchanted by Odin when he fixed it after the Serpent broke it.

I forgot about the uru...was it stated it was blessed?
