The first ep. of QUANTUM LEAP was pretty good.

The two main characters were easy to watch as they did their thing.

Ernie Hudson has the tools, and the talent, as usual.
His character is from the OG show I read today; s3 where he served w. Sam’s brother in ‘nam.

The programmer and security chief seem okay.

The surprise character was a nice twist.

It’s interesting to see what goes on back at the lab as the leap unfolds.

The questions we have going forward if they aren’t dragged out, seem like they’ll make for solid storylines.

Here’s hoping they maybe undo the OG series finale somehow…… 😆

Finished Cyberpunk Edgerunner last night, it was awesome.

Currently watching Tekken Bloodlines and Sandman.

I feel bad for the Collector Corinthian stabbed in the back, he didn't deserve that. Seemed like a nice friendly guy.

Trying yet again to watch the latest Stranger Things.

Parts of it are really painful to get past.

Andor
Resident Alien
The Imperfects
American Horror Stories
House of the Dragon

Dahmer
Andor
Rings of Power
House of the Dragon

LITTLE DEMON

A lot better than I thought it would be.

Danny DeVito as Satan and Aubrey Plaza as the Anti-Christ’s mom are on point.

LOTS of raunchy humor, blood, gore, and surprisingly some tender moments too.

Snake w. Arms is my favorite supporting character so far…:

Check out Devilman (NOT the one with Cyborg 009)

It should be right up your alley, trust me. 🙂

Peaky Blinders any good?

I'm worried it will crap all over the gangsters, while pretending they weren't men of class, dignity, and ambition. Products of their times and men to he admired, that was 1920's gangsters.

It's pretty decent. I binged it and felt it had a lot of bizarre filler that involved the peaky blinders walking in slow motion through steel factories while smoking.

It certainly has the cream of British actors in it. Stephen Graham, Tom Hardy and Paddy Considine. Cillian Murphy is superb.

Kinda fizzles out in the end unfortunately.

^^^Ty for the tip, I’ll give it a looksee!

I’m binge watching Murder She Wrote.
It’s not a show I watched as a kid (I remember the crossover w. Magnum P.I.), but it actually a hoot, and it seems every ep. there’s some old timey actor (like Eli Wallach) or young up and coming actor (pre-Friends Courtney Cox) I recognize.
I’m at the ep. where a new Sheriff takes over from Tom Bosley in S5. I just laughed my ass off when he finds out what the murder rate is in the “sleepy little town”.

Been binging Mew Mew hero of the pure heart (I have my ways). Actually a good toon, it's a shame HBO cut it.

Castlevania!

Forgot what a jerk Sypha Belnades was. "I could piss in a bucket and tell him it's beer." "Sypha! He saved your life!" "...He's a jerk." 😂

"Vampires are like cats. They don't torture for fun."

"Dude, cats play with their food all the time."

"...but it's not malicious."

"Tell that to the food."

Meant to watch another theme appropriate show, ended up seeing Tiger and Bunny instead.

YouTube video

Wow, Tiger and Bunny season 1 was in 2011, while season 2 was only released in 2022. That's crazy.

Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Points for originality. Casey is like the only thing that's barely gotten a makeover.

So Help Me Todd’s been okay, got kind of an early season Psych vibe.
Marcia Gay Harden’s a doll.

Starting The Watcher.

I dunno, looks promising but also has all the signs of a metro leftist shaming ritual against suburbanites.

City folk HATE suburbia. They also tend to hate W.A.S.P.ish people, as these appear to be.

The Professionals.
It’s Brendan Frasier. It’s Tom Welling. It’s fun!
