Eh, powerful, but stupid.

If the definition of power = raw might, sure. If it means more then that, it's hard not to go with Doom or "classic" Thanos. Or Lucifer, even.

And I was semi serious on Purple Man.. Anti Life Orion/Darkseid or Jesse Custer may be a better answer.

Being able to potentially enslave a being who can one shot an omniverse and all.. (After all, raw power does absolutely nothing to buff will in comics. That's why humans can beat gods in astral battle..)
