Hmm. I'm convinced that Luke would beat Palpatine, but also that Plagueis would take down Krayt. It depends on which fight finishes first - either way, it'll be a great fight overall.
If Luke isn't holding back, I see him beating Palpatine before Plagueis takes Krayt, to be honest.
