Exar's living force feats (actually) depicted while living are far above anything Vader can accomplish.

Vader has never frozen thousands(if not tens of thousands) of beings with his power, whilst having enough power left that Vodo Siosk-Baas is stated to have no chance against his 'deep reserves of dark side power'; the same Vodo who telekinetically stripped Ulic of his lightsaber and then blocked his Force powers, Ulic who is one of the 'great ones' among all ancient Sith and is one of the most powerful Sith in the order's history.

Try harder honestly, Exar Kun has 'extreme', 'enormous' power in life.

He's canonically:
> Muur, Nadd, Hord, Sadow, Kressh & Ragnos among the ancient Sith.
>> Thon, Odd Bnar, Vodo, Ulic, Nomi & Odan-Urr among Old Republic Jedi.
> C'boath, Cronal, Jerec, & Gethzerion among New Republic Dark Siders.

Hmm.. lasting so long against Darth Vader is impressive, but what we saw was more like a fighting retreat on Tano's part. Shaak Ti dominated Starkiller in their battle.

The greatest edge I can see is Ti's power, besides that they're equals, so I'd give her a slight victory.
