Malgus did overwhelm Aryn with lightning actually. 😐
He received a massive growth in power during the fight with her, seeming to become "one with the dark side". He's far greater in his prime then he was when he fought those two. Also if they were comparable to Deceived Malgus in power, they aren't inferior to Kenoni in terms of power.
Malgus' lightning can overwhelm Obi-Wans lightsaber defense. He's done it before. Twice.

Great, I was referring to TK. And shame her strength feats are inferior to Kenobi, and just in general people who have better lightning feats than Malgus seem to fail at disarming him via that tactic.

Him being "far more powerful" as False Emperor is backed up by nothing. Especially not when people like HoT, who aren't far above Kenobi, if at all, in the Force managed to beat him.
Also if they were comparable to Deceived Malgus in power, they aren't inferior to Kenoni in terms of power.
So they're better/equal to Kenobi because they withstood a TK hit from Malgus? Despite all of their feats being flat-out inferior and it being obvious that Obi-Wan is a superior to either? Malgus' best telekinetic feats in-combat are pushing those two, it's the only good comparison you can draw from to how well he'd perform against Kenobi. So lets look at over: Malgus is better than Kenobi because he TKed Zallow/Aryn, and they're better than Kenobi because they withstood a telekinetic shove from him? Circular logic there, mate.

Not when more potent lightning got deflected by Kenobi, and Obi-Wan has better strength and better defenses than either Leneer or Adraas.

Firstly: Are her strength feats inferior? She was able to block a falling doublehanded overhead strike from Malgus while he cratered the ground with TK and pelted her with shrapnel. She's actually pretty damn strong.
Secondly: It's not a question of strength. Malgus overwhelmed a Jedi with his lightning without the guy being physically overwhelmed. Far from it, the man was walking through the lightning with his lightsabers. He just couldn't contain the lightning and it spiraled past his blades and started burning holes in his flesh. That was an extremely powerful Jedi by the way. He was able to collapse two huge buildings on Malgus before hand. Malgus still one-shot him with his Force attack. Meanwhile Aryn Leneer blocked the lightning of a more powerful Malgus while in mid-air. Indicating just how powerful she was at the time. When Malgus received his boost however, he obliterated her with his lightning. Sweeping her sabers aside and oneshotting her "almost casually". This demonstrates how great his improvement in power was.
Thirdly: Malgus' lightning is superior to Dooku's. 🙂
And Fourthly: Malgus does overwhelm Leneer with TK at points, for your information.

Well, he had 15 extra years of combat to hone him. And the fact that he quantifiably (😉 Ellimist) massively increases in power in Deceived going off of his feats before and after against Leneer. So like, you're objectively wrong?
The HoT didn't solo Malgus. And the HoT is far more powerful than Obi-Wan Kenobi, lol.

Not quite as good as overwhelming Grievous, trading blows with Darth Maul, Savage and Anakin is better.

Well:
1. Strength plays a role.
2. That Jedi Knight had his defenses "swept through" prior to it swirling around the Knight. So it clearly firstly broke his defenses.
3. Those buildings were already crumbling because of the bombardment, IIRC. Besides, I don't think TK has anything to do with holding your lightsaber.
Thirdly: Malgus' lightning is superior to Dooku's. 🙂
Very debatable. We're talking about lightning that killed Asajj Ventress and brought Savage Opress down to his knees.

The HoT didn't solo Malgus.
Debatable, actually. It really depends who plays it. Even taking into account that all four went against him, Malgus failed to even kill a non-Force sensitive. You'd think an uber powerful Force user should kill at least one Non-Force sensitive.
And the HoT is far more powerful than Obi-Wan Kenobi, lol.
By Act III, I actually doubt it.
