He took out Thor, Sersi, Namor and She hulk. Odin was worried that Thor was about to get killed. That's why he sent Warriors Three for helping Thor.
Terrax isn't that powerful.

he was in a MORTAL body. he couldn't even fly, let alone leave the planet and his durability was for sh!t, which is WHY his body broke down while fighting ss.... doom gave terrax back his power, but the shell it was in was no where close to the original. and cap universe is all over the place in showings, but could terrax kill her with a planet-busting axe attack? of course he could....
terrax is stronger, more durable and his axe can block and absorb whatever blastaar can throw at him so...i have no idea how you think he would win this fight tbh.

That's when he fought the New Warriors. Here he was equal to Surfer in power. Doom explicitly said that.
