Darth Nyriss didn't one-shot Lord Scourge; she easily bested him.

But I don't rule-out the possibility of Palpatine one-shotting Lord Scourge.

The novel states Nyriss would have turned Scourge and Surik to ash. Clearly that isn't stomping when you can do that after fighting two opponents at once.
