Ironman vs. Spiderman

This is ASM Spiderman. All feats from all their movies are included. IM has his strongest armor (whichever one you think is the strongest) but not Hulkbuster. Spiderman has unlimited webbing for this fight.

Both are going for the kill. Arena is the Capitol of Panem (completely abandoned for this fight).

Tony stomps hard if he isn't burdened by PIS as he was in Civil War and Iron Man 3. Too durable and too much fire power. Worse case scenario, he can activate the house party protocol.

If this were Raimiverse Spidey, it'd be a different story.
