Depends on how fast Faora can move and how fast SW can put shields up. But... SW seemed strong enough to contain Vision. Though I'm unsure whether she was simply controlling his mind gem or if she was actually containing him physically, because if she was then she probably has enough strength to contain Faora as well.
Starting distance is key here. If Faora is fast enough to blitz her before she can put up her shields, SW goes down pretty much instantly. But if Scarlet Witch grabs Faora with her powers, things are going to go very south for the Kryptonian, considering SW is strong enough to stop a speeding train.

Since Superman can destroy the World Engine, it's safe to say Faora is much stronger than a speeding train.

1. Faora is not Superman - Superman has opened himself up to Earth's atmosphere and has absorbed the sun's rays for far longer
2. There's no proof that the world engine provides greater force than a speeding train - they've already been pages of debate regarding this in the MOS vs. Hancock threads
3. SW also completely overpowered Vision.
Yeah, and the point there is more that if she can exert that much power on something far larger and heavier than Faora, she could simply lift her in the air before ragdolling her, leaving Faora's strength useless, seeing as she hadn't learned to fly. Plus, she still has the mask weakness.
But like I said, this all hedges on whether SW can get her defenses up before being punched in the face.

Larger and Heavier, but not with stronger impact.

That seemed to hinge on her ability to use Vision's own density-changing powers against himself, she seemingly highjacked it and turned him so dense he couldn't move under his own weight and eventually sunk/crashed through the Earth.
But since Faora can't fly, Wanda only need to lift her off the ground and she's effectively immobile.
