2. Teen Boba, although impressive in the sense that he has his own BH clan going on and he's the leader etc, is still not a pretty good fighter.

If we take Legends into account, Boba clears. He's fought Mace in 20 BBY and didn't get massacred like all of the people in the gauntlet would.
