Eternal Empire vs. Vong

Knowing what we know about the Eternal Empire, what are your thoughts if they went up against the Vong? Vong biological weapons appear to be too advanced for the EE to counter, but it also appears that the EE have virtually unlimited numbers. Discuss

The timetable for the Eternal Empire makes no sense. How was Valkorion able to turn a backwater planet into a technological marvel in under 300 years, when it took him roughly 1,000 years to do the same to the Sith Empire? It's impossible.

I think the Vong could well win this one. They came up against worse and came pretty close to triumphing.

Even so, how could he do what he did in under 300 years?

He kept funneling resources from the Sith Empire and had an infinite fleet that provides all sources of labor. It's really not that unbelievable.
