Ahsoka should win this one based on her fight with Vader. Lumiya's fights with Luke are all highly circumstantial and demonstrate a massive superiority in Luke's favor anyways.
Also it helps that Ahsoka has the ideal armament for fighting Lumiya and experience against whip weaponry.
