anyway, to answer the question asked--he couldn't handle terrax alone, so he'd likely cap out around the start of the mid herald tier or the upper low herald guys in most cases. his weapon could be pretty hax though so he's sorta tough to place. i think guys like superskrull and ronan would be great fights for him. least imo.
