Take a blast from Mobius which I doubt are stronger then Omega beams and that's pretty much it honestly. Could be missing some stuff but it's nothing in my opinion that suggest he wins as of yet.

Also need to get him out of that outfit looks insulting to the character.

Lex despises Superman and thinks he's better it looks degrading almost. I'd rather have the 2 L's emblem maybe even with the classic Green/Purple color for the armor.

He blocked energy blast from Mobius and beam struggled as far as I'm concerned Mobius has no feats to suggest his energy blast are anything considerable I atleast don't see them as powerful as Omega Beams.

Physically Mobius showed he was superior to Lex just the same as he did with Ultraman.
