Slade in both but round 2 is very close.

Slade definitely loses round 2. Ajax outclasses him in every category.

He's not more skilled. Slade was a highly trained Merc before the drug. Slade shoots Ajax in the head while he's twirling those axes. He's not a bullet timer nor bullet proof.

Slade beats his ass

Slade's armor is bulletproof. So even without mirakuru that's still a huge advantage.
