According to the lore in SMITE:

Even the God of Thunder is known to fear her, for Nox could steal his whispered breath and send him to a sleep eternal where dreams do not exist and no one ever wakes with the dawn.

Referring to Zeus there. Does Nox one-shot Valkorion?

Given how powerful SMITE Zeus is? Yeah.

He's woefully underwhelming in that comic they released, though.

Cabrakan in Smite lore has mountain busting strength. Neigh can accurately shoot arrows across dimensions. Hel brought down a skyscraper with one strike and it took TWO gods to bring down Zeus, one of them being Hel the other being Au Kuang,

But can they resist Sith Sorcery?

In fairness, Zeus shouldn't have been brought down to his knees by one attack from Hel in his own domain. He did send Hades & Anubis flying from the impact of a lightning attack, but he had the element of surprise there.
