Kylo can deflect them, palm them in his hand, or freeze them like he did to the blaster bolt. Tony has no defense from the force and Kylo's saber can cut through his armor. He also tanked Chewie's bowcaster bolt which was sending First order troopers flying, he isn't going down from a single blast even if it hits

I don't think so to me at least his armor seemed nerfed, and he wasn't fighting at his full capabilities without flight imo. I'm rewatching Civil war today, but my opinion for Iron Man hasn't changed
