Well I have yet to see a Pokemon bust a universe, or someone other than a human scientist make such a claim.

I didn't see a single example of universe busting. I saw that a fight between Palkia and Dialga would destroy the world, but... That's planet busting.

And creating a universe =/= destroying one.

And even then, I question whether they can instantly create a universe. All that they were shown "creating" was small pockets of reality, resembling crystal balls showing the universe. Even characters from Naruto and Bleach can do stuff like that.
