Miraak (Skyrim) vs Darth Bane
Round 1: Miraak during the first age when he rebelled against the Dragons, Orbalisk Bane. Location: Geonosis Arena.
Round 2: Both at the height of their power. Fight takes place inside Apocrypha (which is also simulating a Dark Side nexus akin to the Temple of the Ancients). No entities or Hermaeus Mora himself can intervene in the battle.
Who takes it?
Miraak would legit tear his soul out of his body. Take that away, and he overwhelms Bane with his powers that were able to split a continent way before they reached their peak. Dragon Aspect, b!tch.
The reality is that no non-One/Celestial being from star wars can defeat Miraak. Even his someone like say, DE Sidious had more sheer power, Miraak way more than makes up for it in haxx.
