Round 5: Darth Cognus.

Boss: TCW Aurra Sing and legends Boba Fett.

The battle takes place on Endor.

(Assume that this is Ahsoka a year after Order66 and thus retains her feats as a padawan but her rebels feats are not to be taken into account)

I think Cad Bane and company would be the end for her. Cad's too OP.
