Meanwhile Starkiller can disintegrate a frigate while barrier'ing re-entry heat, down AT-AT's with lightning, IIRC power a cannon with lightning that blows up a Star Destroyer, and stand on even ground with/defeat TFU/TFU II Vader, even in sabers. Going with him.

You don't assume character's power levels based off their rank/position. You assume their power level based off their feats/accolades. Considering what the SG in question accomplished that's what we would base his power level off of. Though tbh I'm not surprised you don't understand basic scaling like that.
