Vaylin wins every time possible, but with some initial trouble.
She demonstrated clear superiority in the Force to Lana Beniko when both were tasked to the task of breaking through the same door. Obviously the feat in itself isn't impressive in Krayt/Vaylin league, but that's just the case of the situation unimpressive in itself, with Vaylin demonstrating incredible superiority over Beniko.
She is demonstrated as the wielder of greater raw power and greater potential than even Arcann in terms of the Force, with Arcann being the superior one in the combative aptitude. Keep in mind her powers were basically locked by Valkorion, and she is still learning. By the time we saw her best feats, a lot of time in SWTOR: KOTFE has passed. Given the natural aptitude for fast learning of the ones with high potential, and Vaylin still developing her power, the time that passed should have sufficed for her to outstrip her formerly greatest feats.
That includes she should be way superior even to her former self that broken a skyscrapper, destroyed a bridge in mid of the fugging chase for HoT/Lana Beniko. If you don't remember, I'll remind you how quickly Force Sensitives on that tier move and how draining and fast must have been that chase. Not to mention she managed to break the bridge in mid of that chase, being faster than HoT and Lana could run. SLowed down HoT, of course, still after all the carbonite fuzz, but at worst it just evens out with the fact that she managed to use the Force to break the bridge faster than they ran.
The bridge in question, btw, was capable of blocking laser cannons from a huge starfighter. Vaylin used the bridge as a shield from the laser cannons that would shred most metals to pieces - and Vaylin still broke that thing while on the run.
Krayt can overpower Cade Skywalker with the Force, Krayt being capable of hurling a ship. No small feat honestly, and in Vaylin's league, just... beneath. Vaylin 10/10.

Don't forget that Beniko would go on to help lift the Gravestone, a massive capital ship. Vaylin being demonstrably more powerful than her suggests powers few mortals can hope to rival.
Powerscaling off Krayt's underlings > powerscaling off Vaylin's pre-prime showings tbh. Even if we assume Vaylin has grown considerably in power, its a stretch to claim she's even Vader level at this point imo.
Krayt also remains vastly more experienced, and has a wider array of abilities at his disposal.
I've also yet to see proof that Vaylin was the one responsible for collapsing that bridge. mmm
