Can Superman tag Quicksilver

Can MOS Superman (Batman vs SUPERMAN fts are usable here as well) tag Quicksilver?

In a fight there is no way.

Quicksilver accomplished what Clark couldnt in BVS.

Thats saving plenty of people from an explosion....

No way Superman can tag Fox Quicksilver.

Superman just stood there in court whilst the whole place blew up. Fox Quicksilver would easily have evacuated the court room. Easily.

That's a gigantic difference in reaction and movement speed.

As Peter is beating him down, his eyes turn white and start to dart around as he's looking for QS but can't find him because he's too fast and Apocalypse is literally a statue every time he pops him. So he reads his mind and alters the ground where he's going to step to catch his foot.

Exactly. It was a combination of Reaction speed plus Exotic abilities.

And feats are not interchangeable between characters. Apoc reacting means nothing for Supes.

To be fair. The only reason QS was able to save (nearly) everyone from that explosion was because he was already moving at super speed. When Stryker's men shot them with that area of effect gun he got ko'd like everyone else.

Still, QS is significantly faster than Kal.
