Lol, wow it was late when I wrote that, Clark stomps.

Clark had similar insane feats to Quicksilver back in like season 4-5. So yep, Clark at his most powerful definitely catches him. By the end of the series Clark was seriously powerful. He also actually used his speed well a decent percentage of the time. So in this case their rule about him not flying in the series was good because it showcased just how dangerous his speed can be.

Clark in smallville was virtually omnipresent. He caught a bullet fired at Lana in smallville while he was in metropolis and only knew were she was based on the sound coming from her phone. 😂
