Bucky held his own against BP. BP never beat him and he had claws which never pierced him. This isn't a test of strength this is a fight. Psy isn't anywhere near that strong but did beast best her ? Think for a second you are very simple.

The only reason why Beast stands a chance is because it's the "composite Beast", as OP says.

He has the feats, true. But he's also a terribly written character that makes people want to walk out of the theater.
