If this is "Zonakin" and Amped Windu, I could see them straining Sidious. It would still probably be a 6/10 win for Sidious though in this situation.

Well, Vader was above Mace decades before Rotj, as per two accolades by two different people (which means that after twenty years of training he would likely eclipse Windu in power), so...
