im gonna go ahead and say this, maul was the perfect assassin and he was strong enough in the force for palpatine himself the strongest SITH lord ever(GL for source ive seen this so many times and everyone accepts it lol)at that point in time and malgus was an accomplished military commander that has felt the true power of the darkside, maul wins in weaponry, malgus wins in physical prowess(endurance is insane) but only because his cybernetics, darth mauls juyo would push malgus to his limits and mauls force abilities aren't to be scoffed at either. I declare maul the winner if its equal ground.

His feats in combat are beyond Maul's.
He can Force Crush him instantly.
His physical strength is beyond Maul's ability to parry.
He's slightly faster.
He is more durable.
His mastery over the Force is like a difference between Palpatine and Maul.
