That version of Thing ripped a tank a part and Giant Man's combat was slow.

Scott would be able to rip a tank apart as well. And Ben wasn't fast at all. He barely even had any feats. He wouldn't be able to stop getting punted by Scott for example.

You don't think he'd be able to catch the dudes foot and toss it for the win? He does have the ferris wheel feat after all, and Giant Man was taken out by a single fall.

I think Ben gets some wins here.

Because if only for the tank feat destroying it and throwing the top part of it because if that was a Abrams tank it weights 65 tons.

Rhodey also claims he can lift tanks. And Giant-Man was way stronger than War Machine.

How can you say he is stronger was there a lifting competition I missed? Spider-Man was able to hurt GM with a hit so Thing could do at least that much.

Did you miss the part where Scott casually grabbed War Machine and Rhodey was completely unable to break from Giant Man's grasp? That means that Scott, in giant form, has more strength in one hand than Rhodey can exert with all four armoured limbs, or he would have been able to pry himself loose. Scott also kicked an airport bus like a tin can.
