On second thought, Buu honestly. If Gohan goes SSJ he may become more powerful than him, but he'll exhaust before actually being able to put down Buu.

I'm inclined to think Gohan loses this since it's said he got weaker. On the other hand, he was doing pretty well against a Piccolo who did pretty well against Frost who did pretty well against Base Goku, so maybe not.

Well, Gohan and Piccolo apparently made large gains between RoF and the U6 tournament.
