Grievous very solidly.

Plo can take this if and only if we include legends feats. Grievous probably takes the slight majority though. Although Electric Judgement could **** him up.

Canon-only Grievous would probably lose too because it's fun to beat Grievous constantly.

Given he's blocked blaster bolts with his hand I'm pretty sure he's capable of catching force energy on a lightsaber blade.
