She didn't do anything other than get mauled by Chewie and thrown into a trash compactor, after she lowered the shields to the base...which despite how low of a chance she thought, was a critical error just to save her own hide and for that next movie I'd expect she's demoted or have some severe consequences.

I mean obviously from her standing, she could probably beat her fellow Stormtroopers and the obvious rift raft. But she isn't beating anyone of note...least not until we actually see her doing something that isn't embarrassing.
