Organic or not, it doesn't matter, as long as it's also metal. Antarctic vibranium is so OP, it melts even adamantium, which is supposed to be indestructible *shrug*.
Anyway, I doubt T'Challa always carries it with him... he doesn't really have a "standard" version, his equipment (and even powerset) varies a lot.
I definitely wouldn't call an Antartic Vibranium blade standard gear for BP.
I mean he usually has some form of Wakandan Vibranium on him, but not the anti-metal kind.
As for the fight, Colossus. Panther can get some licks in as he's faster and with a normal vibranium blade he should be able to hurt Colossus, but really Colossus just needs to grab BP to end it.

That comic is retarded.
Actually, that was a great mini-series. But I get what you're saying, he should stay in metal form despite the pain?

His claws were made out of it.

I just think the whole "anti-metal" thing is a bit silly. And even if it wasn't, Colossus should have more control of his own power than some foreign object.
It is a hax weapon, for sure:

When it originally appeared in DD comic... its vibrations were going to destroy the city or the world, don't remember... but good ol' Matt managed to save everyone, way before his MA training was fully explored haermm

Yes. For someone like Barbarus, 4 would be needed.
PS. Someone made a Colossus respect thread on reddit a month ago:

These guys may not be experts, but thought you'd like to check it out anyway.

Oh yeah, not reasonable like a utility belt that functions as a pocket universe.
As for the fight, BP wins on the strength of standard gear.
