Ultron. Apocalypse has always kind of been a failure. I get that he's supposed to be some sort of trans tier threat, but one of the best feats that he has that doesn't involve prep involves beating a drunk, unworthy, young version of Thor. That shouldn't be enough to give him the win IMO.
