4.) TPM Kenobi, AotC Anakin, Pre-Vizsla (armed only with darksaber; no jetpack), one clone trooper fresh out of training

They should clear. The Inquisitors can't beat someone who is an equal with Vader in terms of skill, he'd mop them up 2 vs. 1 while Luke can probably take his nephew in a duel or die to his force powers. I'm not sure how that fight goes but Ben is a very strong link, TCW Ahsoka can deal with the droids.
