Fight takes place in the Jedi Enclave Courtyard.

Don't know about Sabers but Nomi should win Force.

Why?

Tanking Ulic's point blank amulet-amped Force Lightning after he just ragdolled Tott and Cay with a TK wave.

Tanking doesn't exactly give you a win condition, does it?

DE Leia's hurt Palpatine with her Battle Meditation, which comes off as more impressive to me. Now imagine her with genuine training and decades of growth in power.

Defending against offensive attacks are easily one of the best signs of power.

It was her and Anakin Solo as far as I remember.

Sure it is, but isn't always translatable to offensive power.

It wasn't. She just says she learnt Battle Meditation and she used it on Palpatine. No mention of Anakin Solo anywhere - this is the Empire's End Audio Drama.

The only time I remember Leia 'hurting' Palpatine is when Palpatine threatens Leia with taking over her child when the time is right, he touches her and Palpatine reels from it.

That's in the comic. I'm talking about the audio drama.

Nomi's always struck me as stronger, but there isn't much basis for that other than a gut-feel; like a lot of things regarding the ancient Jedi and Sith.
