2. Who is Soul? And build a body from what?

Or she merely controlled someone else?

2) Psylockes was manipulated and separated. If you recall the Betsy Braddock and Kwannon are merged mind, body, and soul. Cassandra instantly separated both, keeping Kwannon body intact, and recreating Braddock
body from scratch.
So yes without the body of Charles. Cassandra has taken over the mind of Betsy.
