Peak Exar Kun is comparable to if not greater than ROTS Sidious IMO so adding Ragnos just tips the scale a little more. I'd say 5.5/10 Exar wins alone. But if this is Dark Empire Sidious he WRECKS Marka Ragnos and toys with Kun before impaling him.

There's no way Sidious is stomping 2 of the greatest Sith Lords (top 10. Although whether Ragnos deserves to be in it is debatable after getting raped by a teenage Padawan.)

Are people ignoring the fact that Sidious has Mjolnir and Superman's stats? He should downright speedblitz and/or one-shot either of them.

It's a bit unfair though. If anything, Kun and Ragnos should get the powers?
