Black suit Spiderman.

Parker thinks the 3 were the ones who killed Uncle Ben.

No time limit. Parker is allowed to stalk them and vice versa.

Tobey Spiderman should win this without to much hassle from what I recall. Black Panther will, imo, be the greatest challenge, but that is mainly because of the Vibranium Suit.

Venom hasn't actually fought Sandman; he has teamed-up with him.

Spider-Man didn't physically do anything in the black suit that he couldn't of done without it. All it did was make him an emo douchebag.
