I honestly don't think it's much of a stretch to have Billy and Kara around the same level in regards to DCnU
Superman is the most powerful character here I like Diana but let's look at context.
Wonder Woman is often suggested to be on par because she beat up 2 Kryptonian when Superman had problems with one. I either see that as a inconsistency or that it was a mixture of combat Skill with physicals and in regards to Skill Diana out classes Clark.
Let's continue looking at SM/WW. In the issue of Wonder Woman vs a Circe possessed Superman. Superman went down but he also gave Wonder Woman a fight and was said to be using a fraction of his strength,
Diana couldn't physically stand up to Doomsday, New52 casually rips him in half.
Diana hurts her hand punching Superman so I doubt there bone density is anything similar.
Wonder Woman vs GOS Superman he had no control of power spike until Wonder Woman subdued him.
In short in regards to physicals Superman > Wonder Woman.
Wonder Woman has bested New52 Supergirl
Shazam doesn't have anything that stacks up to Superman and Wonder Woman.
