Weakest character in Marvel that can tank a Gore from Rhino?

Who is the weakest character in the Marvel Universe that can survive a GOOOORE! GOOOORE! GOOOORE! from Rhino? Seeing what he can do to The People's Champion, I'm thinking nobody below Juggernaut level durability has a chance.
