Racists Getting Fired

We live in a time where your entire life can be pulled up with a click if a mouse or touch of a keypad. That being said we also have a larger medium or platform to express our ideas to people that a few decades ago wouldn't have been possible for the "common man". My question is should people be outted? We see it all the time on newsfeeds, a racist or phobe makes a comment then has his whole life put on blast. And since the internet is pretty much a lawless place in this degree is it right? We champion the freedom of speech (unless it's something we disagree with) but we are quick to ostracize those who comments are somewhat....inflammatory. Thoughts?

Simply put: shit happens.

You have the right (in RL, online) to say what you want.
You have to realize there might be repercussions to your statements.

And this is why I don't Face/Twitter/IdiotWebpage.

Yeah. I might uppercut a guy tomorrow. He is not an obvious racist but he is an a hole who apparently has been in prison for 15 years. I'm really thinking about knocking him out.

Unless you're an *******, then you don't deserve Freedom of Speech.

It's true that racist words can spark massive outrage. But still destroying and denying a mans right to survive is not right and in fact..it's arguably worse than his ''committed crime''.

If the guy's behavior is detrimental to the efficiency of the company. Ie: constantly harassing fellow coworkers because is their race, creating a tense mood in general etc. Yeah, I'm gonna fire the shit out of him.

We are a country that loves destroying people for the most asinine reasons. Look at Hulk Hogan. He didn't post a racist tweet, he made a racist comment in the privacy of his own home when unaware he was being recorded. Not only did this get him fired, but the WWE more or less erased him from their history.

If he'd gone onto the WWE's official facebook page and began posting racist tweets that is one thing, but it is not what he did.

We like to destroy people over the most stupid shit and people should be ashamed over it. The dentist who killed the lion? Who gives a flying f*ck, yet people wanted to destroy his life. Stanford rapists character witness? Has her life f*cked over for that. Because she was a god damn motherf*cking character witness for a childhood friend.

Yet the people truly damaging this country get off scott free and we tippy toe around using specific words just so we don't offend these people.

This is the issue. We live in a time that sjw (crybullies) dominate social media. We were better off socially when everyone didn't have 24/7 access to the internet.

Who are you trying to convince me or yourself? Everyone has an opinion or agenda. Its on the listener to determine their merits and if u agree or disagree acknowledge or disavow it. Hate is such a petty little word.

Yeah, you have the right to say and think what you want on your own time but if you cause problems for the company then it's a different issue. On top of your examples if you say or do something as an employee, it reflects on the company. Acting disgracefully should get you reprimanded.

I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything. I'm simply saying that the term SJW's applies to people abusing it and not fighting for true social justice.

Everyone has an agenda, but what separates SJW's from others is the whole "lying and deceiving" thing in order to push said agenda.

I wouldnt call the liars or deceptive just misinformed or fame seekers. By definition a sjw is someone who only vehemently advovates something online. And simply regurgitates talking points. Pretty much what a lot of people do here

Who misinforms them? Other social justice warriors. It all starts with a lie, with the twisting of facts.

If people really cared about the issue they would look into it, but they do not do that..they just want to screech as loud as they can.
