Daredevil\w Spider-Man's physical powers vs Spider-Man

DD has 1 month to get use to his new powers. How well does he do. Spider-Man stll has his webbing and spider-sense.

Matt beats Parker with ease, plain and simple.

Over the years, his MA talent and skills were explored further and further... his skills are at a superhuman level, basically. Add to that his super-senses and Spider-Man's powers and it's a stomp in DD's favour.

Even with the handicap, Matt still wins.

The webbing combined with the SS is hard to beat.
