Looks good to me.

Loki - Joker. Loki might be a hard to match up with TP any exact person but both kind of breathe chaos and misfortune.
Kang - Brainiac. Observers, one observes world's the other time.
Sinestro - Magneto. Well intentioned villains, Rulers with power and might, Magneto in a way uses Humanities fear, Sinestro is powered by fear.
Black Adam - Namor. Spock looking Kings with a tan that happen to be powerhouses. Tend to serve their own personal purposes so can often times be heroes or villains
Red Skull - ?
Vandal Savage - ?
Ras - Mandarin
Osborne - Lex Luthor

Red Skull - Black Mask, maybe?
