Karness Muur rating

It's important to remember that Sheev was a paranoid narcissistic megalomaniac. Concern over rival Force users doesn't necessarily indicate that the Force user in question can beat him in a fight. He was concerned about season 3 Asajj Ventress and Jedi padawans in ROTS.

Agreed, Palpatine utterly wasted Maul and Savage yet saw them as threats.

Indeed.

That's hardly the same, him being wary of Vader was exclusively in context of his potential. While the others weren't.

Sheev's paranoia does extend to that, as well. Also, I was under the impression that he feared Ventress' potential as well - at least what it could mean for Dooku and the Separatists.

Maul and Savage definitely had the potential to overcome Sidious eventually. This forum's poleriding of Sidious is atrocious.

Well, regarding Muur, I don't know. He's definitely above Vector Vader by a noticeable amount at the very least, but Vader obviously gets two decades to grow. There's a quote about Vader being second only to Palpatine, but I don't believe that pertains to spiritual entities and the like. Not sure how I rank Muur against RotJ Vader at the moment.

Not top 10 Sith worthy.

Who makes it to your top ten, DC?

- Palpatine
- Vitiate
-Plagueis
- Darth Caedus
- Darth Vader
-Darth Krayt
- Exar Kun
- Marks Ragnos
- Ajunta Pall
- Darth Nihilus

In nor order in particular.

Acceptable.

Above Vader on the grounds of Vader fearing that he'd be trading one master for another were he to take Muur's talisman.

That takes place two decades before Vader's prime, and as I recall, there are numerous growths in power in between. It's entirely reasonable to suggest that RotJ Vader rivals or even supersedes Muur in power.

I think me and NG were the only ones to actually answer the question. xD
