Glad you agree, since that's the biggest bullshit argument I've ever seen. Because most of her feats happen in worse locations.
Malachor V is worse than Dromund Kaas, dark side nexus even before Vitiate's esoteric rites and rituals of darkness, and the Sith Emperor himself? 😬
Power hungry, the Emperor spent great energy discovering and perfecting esoteric rites of darkness – rituals that wrecked the atmosphere of Dromund Kaas, transforming the ionosphere into a swirling electric storm.
- Star Wars: The Old Republic: Holonet
Storms were common here on Dromund Kaas; dark clouds perpetually blocked out the sun, rendering terms like day and night meaningless.
- Star Wars: The Old Republic: Revan
The powerful electrical storms were a physical manifestation of the dark side power that engulfed the entire planet—a power that had brought the Sith back here a millennium before, when their very survival had been in doubt.
- Star Wars: The Old Republic: Revan
MEETRA FOUGHT TO KEEP the Ebon Hawk steady on its descent through the fierce storms raging in the skies above Kaas City spaceport. She knew the storm-ravaged world had to be the world Canderous had spoken of; the one Revan had seen in his dreams. The dark side was powerful here.
- Star Wars: The Old Republic: Revan
But acolytes were not permitted inside the citadel, its secrets were reserved for those in direct service to the Emperor and the Dark Council. The dark side power emanating from within the building was undeniable; he had felt the raw, crackling energy every day during his years as an acolyte. He had drawn on it, focusing his mind and spirit to channel the power through his own body to sustain him through the training sessions.
-Star Wars The Old Republic: Revan
Burial place, prison, and reliquary, the Dark Temple was built on the orders of the Emperor to seal away powerful artifacts and the Emperor's enemies, both alive and dead. The temple became a nexus of dark side energy as the Emperor performed rituals within, drawing strength and knowledge from his captives.
- Star Wars: The Old Republic: Encyclopedia
Not to mention the very Emperor himself:
He was a living embodiment of the dark side of the Force who delighted in destroying the minds and spirits of those Jedi who came too close to him.
-Star Wars The Old Republic: Encyclopedia
For generations, the Emperor would remain withdrawn from society. When he finally appeared, the Emperor spoke only to the Dark Council, reducing the most powerful Sith in the Empire to trembling sycophants in his presence.
-Star Wars The Old Republic: Encyclopedia
His corrupting influence is so complete that none can stand in his presence without succumbing to fear, anger and hatred. The Emperor can wither and ruin even the strongest Jedi's connection to the light side.

What you aren't comprehending is that Meetra outskilled the Trayus Academy, not overpowered them, just like she did with Traya:
Clearly Darth Nyriss has greater physicals than Darth Traya has, given that she knocked Lord Scourge off balance with a single thrust. A stark contrast to Meetra's performance:
Before they could recover, she leapt at them. Despite her withered appearance, she moved with all the speed and ferocity of a dark side warrior in her prime. She landed right between her two adversaries, her blade flashing back and forth in a series of slashes and cuts that immediately threw her two opponents on the defensive.Scourge barely managed to parry the first wave of her assault, unable to even think about countering with an attack of his own. Another quick thrust forced him off balance and he staggered backward.
Nyriss seized on the opportunity to focus all her efforts on breaking through Meetra’s defenses. The Jedi was clearly overmatched; though she managed to hold her ground, she was forced down to one knee.

Despite Meetra being incapable of fully augmenting her physicals:
Force Valor... can turn the tide of any battle; this becomes even more effective when you learn Force Enlightenment.
- Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords: Prima Official Game Guide
MEETRA SAT STILL and silent on the cave floor, her legs crossed and hands held at chest height, palms facing each other. She had opened herself up to the Force, looking for guidance and wisdom, but here on Dromund Kaas, where the Dark Side prevailed, it was difficult to find the inner tranquility to achieve enlightenment.
- Star Wars The Old Republic: Revan
Kyle Katarn was corrupted by the power of just one of the temples:
"Because when I found the temple, I found a part of me which I couldn't deny, I found a greater source of power than I had ever known.""Here in these ruins?"
"Don't judge with your eyes Mara, search out with the Force, feel the power of the Sith around you, accept it!"
- Kyle Katarn & Mara Jade Skywalker, Jedi Knight: Mysteries of the Sith
Infact, Mara Jade's ability to even use the light side of the Force was lost here:
"Feel the power of the Sith, as your Jedi powers fail you!"
- Kyle Katarn, Jedi Knight: Mysteries of the Sith
Even Jedi Grand Master Luke Skywalker and Sword of the Jedi Jaina Solo had their reflexes 'clogged' by a dark side nexus on Dromund Kaas:
Luke and Jaina were fighting back-to-back. The Sith attacking them had two advantages. One was the fact that they outnumbered the two Jedi. The second was that they were being reinforced by the emanations of the dark side nexus within the temple. It surged forth like psychic sewage, clogging the Jedi's reflexes as it fueled their enemies.
- Fate of the Jedi: Ascension
You can call it bullshit but until you actually disprove it, you're wasting my time. Neither Revan or Meetra were ever at full ability on Dromund Kaas during the events of the novel.
Not letting me edit, but point made regardless. Dromund Kass was an extremely powerful dark side sitw, which was then only twisted further by the Sith Emperor's rituals and experiments. These rituals left the planet's ionosphere surging with dark side miasma that remained in the form of storms right up until Fate of the Jedi.
